Bull Island: I spotted a Short-eared Owl on the
Bull Island at 1pm today. I spotted the same bird in much the
same spot two weeks ago. I first spotted it on Nov 3rd just in
the grass embankment where the causeway meets St Anne's Golf
Club. Today I spotted it near the ninth hole on the same course
in the long grass in the mudflats.JT
