Castleknock: We have two Sparrowhawks, a
male and female visiting the back garden in Dunsandle
Court. They visit separately and I saw the female at
around 8.30 am this morning and the male Sparrowhawk at around
10.11 am. Normally we have loads of little birds in the garden
on bird feeders this morning, but with the presence of the
Sparrowhawks, very few other birds visited the bird feeders
today.RMcS

Finglas: Myself and my son 'Ian' watched this male Sparrowhawk
clean away this Greenfinch, from start to finish in 22mins, out
our back garden. Normally we only hear a bird crashing
into our kitchen window which alerts us to it's presence.BC
